The front staff was really nice and helpful. Housekeeping could be better, we ended up having to switch rooms because housekeeping wasn’t available to change our linens. They moved us to an upgraded room no extra charge. The shuttle comes on time and take you to Epcot and magic kingdom. Would stay here again if the rates stay low.

We loved staying here! The staff is very nice and helpful, very clean, pool and bar were very nice, rooms were very clean and cleaning service came everyday! Also great location! Could get to all the parks , Disney springs and Universal very easily! We will definitely be staying here again! :)
