The property was clean, quiet and the check in/out was easy. The breakfast was great and we appreciated the recyclable plates. The room was comfortable and had USB connections.

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel…just to sleep really. It was clean and comfortable and the price was pretty good so it was just what we were looking for. Negatives: icecream in hotel store was gross, shower head in bathroom could be better and if anyway to make the outside noise less, but that might not be possible!

Was charged $25 for an early check in, even though the 2 rooms I reserved were ready. Attendant at reception not helpful assisting my husband in finding his Marriott Rewards number, resulting in him opening a case with Rewards to get the stay entered. Barking dog on our floor. Very noisy room next to ours, terrible coughing and vomiting all night on 2/8. Very upsetting disrupting out sleep. Service only if you asked by 8 a.m. Compliment the breakfast staff as it was delivered properly.

Gym was closed, I wasn’t the only person there who was disappointed about not using it. The AC was super loud, but cooled well. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are clean. 2 weeks after my stay, my credit card showed fraudulent activity from Fairfield inn and suites. The front desk said I wasn’t the only person who recently called about this issue. I’m assuming an employee kept my card number and made some kind of charge. Really disappointed. Now I’m going through the process with my bank of canceling my card to get a new one.

We chose this hotel for the included Breakfast but they were doing construction and we werent able to enjoy the complete breakfast. They gave out little bags with only 1 bagel and a yogurt, very poor breakfast options. We would have liked it if they would have told the customer that they were doing construction on the property prior to us going to know. Out of all the hotel's i have stayed at this is the only one that i had to go to the main desk and ask to get my room serviced, atleast tell the customer that if they want to get room service they have to ask.
