The hotel had a beautiful lobby, which is always comforting when staying somewhee for the first time. We liked it so much we've decided it will be our go to hotel anytime we have an event at the Kia Center!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although it was next to the hospital noise was never an issue for us. It was centrally located to the venue and restaurant we were visiting and the on-site parking was an added safety benefit as it could only be accessed with your room key. 10/10 would stay here again while visiting Orlando.

I just want to thank the staff so much from the bottom of my heart, I could tell they had the right workers for this hotel. Everyone was so helpful and compassionate. No one ever rushed anyone to just get to the next customer. I was there to say goodbye to my brother in the hospital and the staff were so kind. Thank you.
