There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and holes in the sheets that looked like mice and cigarette burns, and the place reeked of cigarette smoke.

The room is crawling with insects and disgusting bugs. The door handle is broken. Curtains are ripped and hanging askew. The bathroom has peeling paint and rusty fixtures. The grossest hotel room I've ever seen.

They rent the rooms monthly which tells you transient traffic stays there. However I appreciated that they had very strict rules about loitering, parties, etc so the residents were well mannered. They room needed painting badly and the bathroom was in great need of updating.

Our room was absolutely disgusting, so bad we left and paid for another hotel. Toilet had bugs in it and was disgusting around and behind it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Said remodeled, total lie.

There is a sign that says recently remodeled, not sure where that update was done but it was not in our room. The floors were nasty(feet were black walking from bed to bathroom) the beds were sunken in the middle. The walls has holes in them. You can hear EVERYTHING. The price was cheap so wasn’t expecting much. But if you are looking for comfort and a good nights rest, maybe pay a little more. Also I must mention, the employee who checked us in, was super friendly!

We didnt get a single king bed that we book. Room we got smell smoke. Broken shower. Leaking toilet base.

Unsafe neighborhood. Locked building had to use a phone to get in. Very dirty. Needs updating. Shower curtain didn’t fit. Very loud outside cars, people partying, movement upstairs. Has to sign a waiver they weren’t responsible for bed bugs. Ridiculous.

Knights Inn a dump
Worse place I have ever seen we did not stay there we found another place. I asked if i could get a refund and was denied.

It's not fair to surprise people
I booked a non-smoking king bed but upon arrival was told that all their king beds are in smoking rooms. That not being an option for me I was downgraded, without any concessions. This was a non-refundable reservation which I should have taken as a warning. When they have specific new conditions for guests upon arrival I see it as not something I agreed to. What is obvious upon arrival is that they are dealing with a serious local issue. Those conditions, and their efforts should probably be disclosed ahead of time.

Very Disappointed
Check-in took over 20 minutes. I had to sign waivers and when I questioned this the clerk was very nasty about it. I asked for non smoking room and the room clearly had been smoked in. The room wreaked, the floors were filthy. Needless to say I did not spend the night.

My stay
Checking in was easy. Only 2 towels. When I pulled my sheets down there were spots that did not come clean, they looked like they were wet. Someone near my room was smoking pot. The smell was worse in the bathroom. Toilet would flush but not clean out the bowl. We tried to make if work.

Good morning I reviewed your stay here at the Property and yes the room accommodate 2 people witch comes with 2 towels and 2 face towels. Now the sheets did not have stains I've checked the room personal in the am. I've went and reviewed the camara's on this day yes I did see you and a female companion standing smoking a cigarette the only one I did see was a guest going into a room I've the observed you and your friend then leave off property into a car. you then come back on property after hour and demand a refund. and the one thing I wanna apologize for the toilet not flushing but my staff did come and fixed it. Honeslty nothing when I first got there me and my fiance had to clean the room because the room was left nasty nasty sheets nasty pillow cases the tub wasn't clean we had to bleach that house keepers dont come to see if you need anything especially if you staying for a while they began to start over charging and certain workers change. they have roaches

I got to this place after a long night, it was 3am when I show up to my hotel and they told me they currently had no open rooms, I follow to tell the guy I had a reservation, he still insisted and told me that i didn't have a room and that he couldn't help me. After few days of calling they got my refund send, but ai had to sleep in my car because their miscommunication.

It took over an hour for me to check into a room that I am only occupying for 7 hours. The room was filthy, I killed a roach up one entering. Definitely not even worth it even if it’s was free. I would like a refund. This place was terrible

The lady receptionists were not considerate. It was a very hot day when I came to the reception to do my check-in, which was about 45 minutes before 3 pm. She refused to let me check- in a bit earlier but sharp 3pm. Also, she did not care about me as a loyal customer that she kept me outside in the the heat of the very hot day without arranging a seat for me to wait. In the past, the former receptionists of this hotel were very nice. They often let me check in 1 hour earlier than 3pm without any problem. This is a matter of service quality and the attitude towards customer.

I checked in late they claimed I didn’t have a reservation made me pay for a room, the dayshift gave me a credit. The hotel was in poor condition and apparently caters to a criminal clientele there were two detectives and a uniform policeman there when I left
