Facility too old and bad smell ,first day no hot water so i found out after i went to the shower,whole time no wifi, room was very dirty and most important there was a lot of small cucrouch running every where i told them and they changed my room and second room has more cucrouch, finally i gave up and left hotel last day

Room was full of roaches no wifi and cable went off so no tv microwave not working refrigerator not cooling so I cancelled my stay and asked for a refund

I must say from the time I was traveling this hotel was the worst ever. Roach crawling, asking to have the room clean no response. And to top it off NO WIFI our entire trip. Never again Oh yes they did blame Expedia because we booked through Expedia we were not notified about the property not having WiFi. The mattress was finished it was terrible.we went to the front desk for sheets they gave us queen size the bed was king we had those for two days. BAD Experience

This was the worst experience I have had in all my travels. There was no internet access for an entire week. The hotel informed us it was “under repair,” but no clear timeline was provided. We stayed for 9 days, and internet service was never restored during our stay. At check-in, we were given only one towel despite being two guests. I had to request an additional towel, and I also had to ask for a blanket because none was provided in the room. Additionally, there was no room service or housekeeping. We later found out that guests are required to notify the front desk if they want their room cleaned, trash removed, towels or sheets changed, or toiletries refilled. This policy was never communicated to us at check-in. As a result, we had to buy our own soap, shampoo, and garbage bags, take out our own trash, and reuse the same towels for over a week. The pool was out of service and completely empty during our stay. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. There were also no outdoor areas or seating available to relax or spend time outside. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival, there was immediate confusion regarding the hotel branding. The property displayed a Baymont name, while my reservation was confirmed under LaQuinta, which made check-in less straightforward than expected. That said, the front desk staff were a highlight of the stay. They were courteous, patient, and genuinely accommodating throughout the process. Unfortunately, there were issues accessing the room. The initial key cards did not work, and replacements also failed, requiring a staff member to escort us and manually let us into the room. Once inside, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was a noticeable musty, moldy odor that persisted throughout the stay. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect. The tile was dirty and had a sticky residue, possibly from spilled candy or another substance. The bathtub appeared dingy with visible rust, and the lamps in the room were not functioning. The one redeeming feature was the bed, which was comfortable and allowed for a decent night’s sleep. However, overall cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly detracted from the experience. While the staff made a strong effort to help, the property itself requires substantial improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and clarity of branding to meet typical expectations.

Dure 11 dias de estadias y el wifi nunca funcionó, supuestamente trabajan para arreglarlo pero nunca funciono. No limpiaron la habitación durante esos dias. Tuve que comprar papel higiénico porque habia que estar pidiendo papel en la recepción. El desayuno no ponian suficiente comida para la cantidad de gente que estaba hospedada. Habia que estar llamando al personal para quq colocaran las cosas. Solo nos colocaron una toalla grande para dos personas, no se como hacian las demás familias que eran numerosas con una sola toalla. Deben renovar un poco más las instalaciones. Lo unico bueno que puedo destacar es que esta bien ubicado y el microondas y nevera de la habitación funcionaban bien. Al igual que el aire acondicionado.

Hice mi reservación en este hotel por qué entre sus servicios que cobran por la tarifa incluían el wi fi, me hospedé acá por motivos de trabajo y no pude trabajar en mi estancia de 9 días y ninguno de ellos hubo el servicio de wi fi. Por lo que solicito el reintegro del débito de los $100 como depósito de garantía y adiciona $100 por los daños ocasionados afectando mi trabajo y mi reputación en mi lugar de trabajo. Por esta deshonestidad, y falsa promoción al consumidor mi salario va ser afectado dado que no me pude conectar a tiempo a sesiones. En los 9 días nunca ingresaron hacer aseo, cambio de toallas, retiro de basura, colocación de papel higiénico, jabón (servicios básicos de higiene y aseo). Al ingresar a la habitación el inodoro estaba salpicado con gotas de orina, el del servicio al cliente debió ir y limpiarlo el mismo, sin guantes ni nada para su protección. Este tipo de faltas higiénicas pone en riesgo la salud de los huéspedes y de los empleados. Alfombras sucias y manchadas.

My experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. I was double charged for the security deposit, confirmed by my credit card company. The room key did not work for an entire day due to Wi-Fi/system issues. There was no housekeeping at all, we had to take out our own trash, and clean towels were not available. The breakfast was very poor, the pool was out of service, and the internet did not work. Employees were noisy in the hallways early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. The refrigerator and toilet were noisy, and there were cockroaches in the room. Staff were unhelpful and even complained about their jobs to guests instead of providing service. The only positive was hot water. I would not stay here again.
