The property was perfect, exactly as expected. We are family of 6, and my kids had a great time at the pool and arcade, and we loved the hot tub, super close. Everything was great, and as far as the property, such a great alternative to hotels with expensive fees, and limited living space. 5 stars

Superb stay!

What you see in this listing is exactly what you are getting; and then some! I can't overstate how enjoyable our stay was. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed equipment you would need to make meals. The large bathroom has a soaking tub that was very relaxing to use. TVs in every bedroom and the living room. It really was a home away from home and gave us space to spread out and relax after a lot of driving and then walking at the parks. The pool is huge and amazing. My family loved the arcade. The surroundings were lovely. There is a large pond with a walking path around it. It is an extremely clean area. There is even a gift shop on property with nice selections. Proximity to the Orange County Conference Center is wonderful. The Pointe Orlando, which is a superb dining and shopping area, is just minutes away. Convenient interstate access to the parks. The bar at the pool had great drink and snack selections. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated quickly with iintuitive directions. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area again.

The place was great! It was just unfortunate to not be informed by owner that some of the amenities were not available due to construction and that major roofing construction was going on during our stay. Two of the days it was very loud in the condo.

We just left there after a 4 night stay. The property was beautiful and very clean. Its location was close to all the attractions. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. The layout and location was great . Communication with property manager prior to arriving was good as they were trying to get their deposit, once we arrived never heard back accept for automated message about checkout. Unit was not clean, carpet was old and stained all over, cob webs and dust on anything above 5’; and significant mold growth in most of the AC grills; dishes left in the sink upon arrival.

There is no better location to stay! I have been coming to Orlando for over 10 years and this villa is the absolute best for any vacationers. The property is clean, comfortable and very spacious. Great location. Near to many of the theme parks and central Orlando, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The amenities, especially the pool, are incredible. Our host Irina, is just fantastic. Very responsive to all our needs and questions. Check-in was a breeze. Please, do not pass up this place if you're looking for an apartment to rent in Orlando!!!

Our stay at Vista Cay was magical beyond all expectations. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful. Irina was friendly and amazing accommodating. The pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). We could not have wanted for single thing. If we come back to Orlando we would not consider staying anywhere other than here. Absolutely perfect!

The manager Irina was super easy and friendly to communicate with. The place is impeccably clean and a must go-to for a family stay or couple getaway. Closely located to many restaurants, shops, bars, and other fun experiences, not to mention the walking distance to plenty other spots. Will definitely be returning with more family in the near future!

The cleanliness in this unit was TERRIBLE. ALL beds and bedding need to be change, its filled with bugs and dust mites. we were constantly getting bit on while there. Washer and dryer dont work. Ice machine dont work. some lights dont work. stove was NASTY. Tubs were Nasty. My vacation was Great, but this unit was Trash Room 301. I WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
