"Clean rooms, excellent location, stylish small hotel."

"The hotel was generally clean and the staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was also a positive part of the stay. However, the location is not convenient if you are traveling with luggage or a stroller, especially when relying on public transportation. The elevator is very small and cannot accommodate a stroller easily. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and rooms facing the street were quite noisy. The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate, and the sink was not properly cleaned. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were good, there are several practical issues that affect comfort and convenience."

"My husband and I had an excellent stay at Ritz Carlton Istanbul. Place is clean, the team a were welcoming and truly caring in assisting us to give us a pleasant experience. Rio, the lady at the front desk was so lovely that she paid attention on our entire stay constantly to make us feel at home away from home Thank you!!!! "

"I cannot rave enough about this place. Right in the heart of Taksim Square. Amazing staff- Onur helped me with the check-in process. There was also a night manager working the morning of March 19 (Can’t remember the name) he was also super amazing. Because of the time difference my daughter had woken up around 4am, so we went to the lobby to see if anything was available to eat or drink. He kindly offered us juices and coffee for myself and then told us to go for the suhoor that was starting shortly. A highly recommended place to stay solo or with family. "
