"All the front desk staffs were always nice, friendly and helpful. We loved the location, and the complimentary breakfast the offered was really nice to have.
The rooms were a bit smaller side and compact but their location, price and complimentary breakfast made it all up. We’d definitely go back next time in Busan. "
"Initially we had booked the deluxe double. We were able to speak with the person at the front desk and we were able to upgrade to Suite Double and we were so happy. The room had a nice view and plenty of space. While we didn't use the extra room. I was able to have a last minute zoom meeting there. The amenities were fantastic. The toilet had a light and fancy features. We had a living room area. I really liked how the breakfast room had coffee available even after breakfast hours. The staff was really helpful since we don’t speak Korean. They were able to assist us with ordering food to the room. Overall, we were really comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. "
