The pool was not that clean and it was warm. The hot tub was not working properly and it was not hot at all. My room was clean and nice, though.

Overall, good hotel for sleeping. Not everything (cups, coffee or toiletries) were filled in room, breakfast was jugs of milk/ juice from the store, no actual hot breakfast. There were no beverage machines working & vending machines were completely empty.

I was not told any information about the offerings of the hotel (breakfast times, etc). There was crumbs on the floor, especially under chairs. One the first morning of my stay, the breakfast was not ready when the signs said it would be. I was given a handicap-friendly room, and while I am not hating or disrespecting them, I had to sit or bend to get a shower. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels for my job over the years. This goes down as the least satisfactory.

Needs some improvements
I was put in the adjoining building. The door to the outside was propped open all night, supposedly due to the rain. There was no coffee in the room, no kleenex. The curtain was broken so i pushed a chair up against the wall to hold the curtain against the wall.

The sheets were stained, our door didn’t latch all the way, and breakfast was sparse. Corey- the guy that helped us was great though!

I thought the stay was very comfortable. Sheets and towels nice and soft. The Desk manager (Cory) was dealing with an unruly guest but treated us with respect. On the downside, the TV wasn't connected to the Internet. And the door latch didn't latch smoothly. I had to lift up on the door to get it to engage. Needs to be addressed.

I could not take a shower, no hot water. The breakfast offerings sucked! I’ll never stay here again and will avoid Wyndham motels in the future.

Some utilities, wafflemaker, telephones didn't work.Carpeting needs cleaning. I realize a new owner has just moved in, however, the hotel manager ignored our complaints. The staff were excellent, but where was the manager/leader??

A Book by its Cover
Interior was very worn and damaged. Carpets were 15 years past replacement needed. Poor repair/remodel efforts on Sheetrock and painting. Water distribution in shower was a mystery for anything but hot water. Usually cool/mild fluctuations in temperature and rarely hot at all. No mention of not having an elevator. I have trouble with stairs. When booking all only my room King Suite and a couple of double bed rooms. When we were there the place was at best 1/3 occupancy. I can only assume the remainder were too poor of a condition to actually rent out. White towels were each stained, cleaned I pray but not a joy to use. I would expect this level of hotel experience to be closer to a $45/ night motel in a rural southern state if that much. Sadly only saw 3 people working there the entire time and it was the same 3 people who also stayed there because of long hours and removed travel time to not die from exhaustion I’m sure. They were very kind and this obviously wasn’t their fault.

Never again. Poor condition, broken door locks
I’ve stayed in worst places, but not much worse. This was terrible. There is no elevator. Guest must carry their bags up the stairs and down the stairs. The hotel was out of regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. There were no cups for the coffee maker in the room. I retrieved cups from the lobby and they were the wrong size for the in room coffee maker so I could not use it. Most of disturbingly, the dead lock lock on the door did not work. When I inquired about it, I was told that the deadlocks on all the second floor rooms were in operable. The breakfast was substandard, not hot, and the juice machine was out of service. There is no shampoo in the room, the hotel is out of shampoo. Terrible. Never again.

It seems like they need to invest in some new bedding. Also parking was awful with all of the trucks with boat trailers in for the tournament. They should have to park their trailer’s somewhere else and not take up 4 spots each. They also all leave at 5:30 am and make ALOT of noise. Otherwise, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Filthy! Room wasn’t clean and they couldn’t change rooms as they were full! Understaffed! Smelled of pot and it should have been a smoke free facility. Make the mistake of eating the breakfast offered and ended up with food poisoning. I want at the bare minimum a full refund!! This place should be shut down!!!

The hotel is old. Carpet throughout is worn and needs cleaning. Entire second floor smelled like Marijuana. Vending machine completely empty. Ice machine not working. Beds too firm.

Dirty, smells bad (mixture of men’s room urinal soap, maryjane and cigarette smoke- good times), toilet seat is broken, no soap, my kids won’t even use the bedding, bed is literally broken (you lay down and it falls to the ground) & we paid for a suite with a couch- didn’t have a couch for our 5th guest), we are too tired to change rooms and get the funk outta here. Haven’t stayed at a dive like this, in a long time. Straight up definition of dive. I feel Gross.

They don't have an elevator - and don't be surprised by what they call breakfast. The music was loud that could be heard in the rooms from the lobby. We had the suite, and the lamps didn't work. The morning staff acted like you bothered them to ask a very simple question.

The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the things we wanted to do. The room was clean. However, the desk clerk was missing when we got there. We rang the school teacher style bell several times before he came up. Said he was reading in the room down the hall and hadn't heard the bell. Got to our room where there was no phone. Husband went back down and had to rouse him again. He brought a phone in, but it wouldn't work. Got another one and said the jack must be out. There was also a 5" slat hanging out on the side of the bed. Luckily my hubby found it before hurting himself. Breakfast was sparse, eggs were dry and unappealing. Not a "we will return". Not what we've come to expect from Wyndham.

Don't really know what to say got there the guy at the front desk didn't know how to check us in kept going back to a lock on a door that wouldn't work instead of just giving us another room and I finally when we got to check in almost 45 minutes to an hour later he only coded our keys for one night so the next day when we came back and try to get in our rooms or Keys didn't work! Then I put out the do not disturb sign and the main letter self in and put towels in my room when I had left my purse and other valuables in my room! And then they tried to charge my dad a different rate than what I booked it on hotels.com website! And then the final day on checkout I was in the shower thank God I had the door latch because I had to do not disturb sign on and the lady knocked and then try to let herself in. I do not recommend this hotel for any friends or family.

The people were the high point the property needs repairs, I slipped and fell on the pool steps that were very slick no gripping material,hot tub wasn’t hot at all.

This property has gone down very fast. The management quit the day before we arrived.There was no food for the continental breakfast. The shower didn’t work and the drain was broken.

Staff was polite but undertrained. Room was clean but carpet worn and smelled stale and smoked in. No cups in room. Upon leaving found an earwig on pillow. The front desk could not(would not)issue a receipt for my stay. Also the hotel held a charge for incidental against my card for $100.00 for a few days. I can say i will not use them again or recommend them.

Employees were friendly and helpful, but all staff members appearances were very causal and unprofessional. When we came back in the evening, as soon as you entered the lobby you could smell pot. We were down the hall from the “staff” rooms and the pot smell was clearly coming from these two rooms. Also staff letting room doors slam shut all through the night. Room was clean but needs upkeep: stains on carpet and chair, a/c stopped working during the night (had to unplug and replug in unit to get it the work again), no coffee cups for the in-room coffee maker, and bathroom light shows through to inside ceiling. For the $200 we spent for one night, should be better.

Not the best experience
The hotel was okay but the issue was that I had to tell the front desk to please send the cleaning person to our room, which was oddly skipped over? I say that because the cleaning cart was in our hallway and skipped our room when the “do not disturb” sign was never there and no one was in the room to decline housekeeping. After asking the front desk, they only picked up the trash and did the bed but did not bother to restock the tissue box, give us more towels, or more shampoo bottles or hand soap. And for whatever reason the clock wasn’t plugged in so we had to plug that in but then set it up and the TV wasn’t working. Not the best when you have kids to entertain at night.
