Nous avons rencontré un petit soucis lors de la première nuit, la réactivité de la personne a l accueil a été très appréciable. Le problème a été très vite réglé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable, très souriant et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. ”

“清潔で調度の配置も行き届いており快適でした。ホテルの方々も親切です。S.Vitale等、最も重要なモニュメント群や街一番のショッピング通りからも近く、大変ストラテジックな立地です。その割に静かです。モニュメントは冬時間帯の設定で早めに閉館していましたが（だいたい〜17:00）、ホテルの近くに市場mercatoとスーパーがあり、お惣菜、チーズやハム、ワインまで何でも揃うので、バルコニーでのアペリティフもゆったり過ごせました。寒さが和らいでからは、断然、バルコニー付きのお部屋がオススメです！”

I stayed at the Blue room and the perfect temperature and went to bed listening to classical music on a record player. Emanuela was a delight and helpful, I reccommend to live this experience.
