We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

This hotel's location can't be better. Close proximity to the canal, art museums, the popular shopping street and bus access. Pleasant one night stay.

Price is good. We are a family of four and we got a container with six beds. The room is clean but my daughter complained that it has some sort of motor oil or paint smell (I didn’t smell anything). Staff was friendly. They allowed me to check in at 2pm. Their instruction of finding the hotel helped. Location is nice. I recommended for family more than 4 people as it is not easy to find room with 6 beds. The room is narrow because it is a container.

This hotel is very close to the famous canal and bar / Izakaya area. The staff were pleasant and kind. My room was super clean. Free wine tasting in the evening.

Great, helpful staff, lovely room.

Very nice atmosphere. I liked bigger bathroom, separate toilet. Stuffs are nice, great breakfast.

The staff here were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was problem free and a great experience. The free breakfast was very nice with an amazing virgen from the dining room. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the general manager. I would definitely come back here again.

Staff was so kind and accommodating!

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh Japanese and Western dishes and beverages. Outstanding! The public bathing area was beautiful and well-equipped. The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located to the shopping district and the train/bus station.

room has only heat no room temp control working in winter, i guess! Room was spacious and beautiful several restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance all connected under one building

Everything was great

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...
