Amazing customer service. Allergy-informed practices. They went out of their way to clean and provide a scent free room after I mentionned mild fragrance in my room. ( I had not requested a scent-free room because I booked through an app.) I have been unwell and in and out of hospital for unknown reactions recently. So this was a huge comfort for me. Hotel staff throughout the facility were friendly, kind, hospitable, and available. In a time when many businesses are short staffed and employees are tired, it was noticeable to see so many dedicated and smiling employees happy to provide service and support. It was a calm and really well layed out facility. The room was spacious and more than adequate. The breakfast area was large with booths and comfortable seats unlike many affordable hotels whose breakfast areas feel like cafeterias. I was so impressed to see that you can discuss and request allergen-free items such as gluten-free bread etc. And while the pool was much more shallow and small than I had anticipated, the deck and washroom was wheelchair accessible and they even had a lift seat to make it accessible! I wish all hotels would start thinking about inclusion and accessibility. Keep up the good work!
