Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and new. Pool and hot tub in good shape. Both could have been warmer/hotter for my preference. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I recommend this place for a reasonably priced stay and friendly service.

Room was a family room so we had more than enough room. Only wanted a king bed but got a king room and the comfort of it. Although the place could use some small updating, the price and location of the stay was worth it. Will consider staying here again

Needs maintenance

The bed was fine, water and AC and electricity worked, indoor pool was nice, breakfast was good. Noted an electric outlet cover was loose, and shower rod was loose and hanging slightly. Rug was sticky. Hot tub was empty and out of order.

Great service!

We came to stay in Ottumwa while my grandma was in Hospice. She had passed the first night of our stay and we had gotten all of the details done early. They allowed us to leave a day early. Because of this, we are now staying again for the Visitation/Funeral. The only issue we had was our drain was slow. We told the front desk staff and they were quick to fix the issue. Once it was fixed, it worked great!

Room was somewhat comfortable. But it was NOTHING like the pics the location shows. We dealt with 2 different people from the front desk. The 1st was AMAZING & thankfully he's the 1 we dealt with up to our checkout date when we met the 2nd one. The second one was nowhere near as friendly. Website says Hot Tub... That is WRONG! Also, All Vending Machines are OUT OF ORDER! Breakfast area was very limited. Juice machine was OUT OF ORDER. Juices wer supposed to be in a refrigerator. But only Fruit Punch drinks. No OJ or even Apple Juice.

It was absolutely disgusting and our room smelled like cigarettes and the bed sheets were stained with bodily fluids there was also stains on the wall and an expired yogurt in the fridge as well as hair on the pillows. Not to mention how they don’t want to give me my refund when i immediately checked out after less then an hour after seeing the conditions the hotel room was in.
