"The hotel was renovated and quite new and comfortable. Only issue was parking was difficult. There weren't enough parking near our room. The other thing about our stay was that staff seemed a little rude. The interactions were limited as it only involved check in and check out, but you know how they just give you a very cold feel? None of them seem to care whether you will have a nice stay, nor if you had stayed well"

"I wanted to love this place but it didn’t match the price tag of what we paid to stay there. I know there are only a couple of places to stay at Port Campbell but this was a little steep considering the room. We did have a view of the water but when opening the plantation shutters to see there were a dozen dead flies behind them. The position is lovely, it was the quickest check in I’ve ever had and it had a kitchenette in the room we had, so handy for a couple of days stay. The room was comfortable with all the amenities."
