"Great hotel with staff who were absolutely person centred in their approach to all. House keeping, ground staff, bar and restaurant staff were all equally great. The animation team were fabulous and dynamic in their activities. Would certainly recommend this family hotel to others. The only recommendation I would suggested is to paint the lobby ceiling where there has been water damage as on arrival at the hotel it gave the wrong first impression of the environment. "

"A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money."

"The rooms are tired and need refurbishing. The breakfast was average. Mostly fresh but birds pecking on food and staff not bothered. Cleared my drinks away whilst I went to get my food. Pool area was well kept and looks great."

He made sure my family and I were well take. Care of. I honestly feel like we wouldn’t have Siri Ed the trip without him. Thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality. Everything about the resort was perfect. Beautifully manicured, good food, lots of activities, beautiful pools, and wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our accommodations were stunning. We are so grateful that we chose Kenzie. "
