"We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children"

"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me when it was time to leave that I had to pay the driver in cash. They should’ve mentioned that when I booked it. Also, since we left early in the morning I asked for a bagged breakfast which they said would be done but no breakfast was prepared for us. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"The staff was amazing. Rooms are always clean. Everybody was kind. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a chef to cook fresh eggs and pancakes in etc. beautiful inside and outside will stay here 1000 times over."

"As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest."
