Had a fabulous stay at Ace. Super cool vibe, helpful and responsive staff, and an awesome corner room with remarkable views.

It is located a few minutes of walking to the water front. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very good

This hotel is my go to when traveling in the JFK area, staff has always friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler, coming in sometimes late at night I feel safe in this area and will continue to use this location for future travel needs.

The staff and accommodations were fantastic Would definitely return

Great close get away!

We hit the jackpot by staying at the hotel during the Fiesta de Mortdes

Great property and great location!

I was VERY IMPRESSED with this hotel. What stood out is how clean the property is, and the friendly and helpful staff. You can tell the place is very well maintained….there was always someone tidying up the lobby and the patio. I should mention that the hallways and elevators were also clean. My room was spacious, comfy, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and convenient to the train station ( 1 1/2 block away). I was traveling alone so safety was very important to me. Very clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful, super friendly. Excellent hotel and will stay here again---

Got a free upgrade to a suite... was a lovely room with a very comfortable bed! Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Quiet hotel, great experience with the shuttle drivers to and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again when we have flights from Laguardia!

Great location! Friendly staff! Easy access to food and shopping!

Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

Hotel was great

Stayed one night for a layover and it was a pleasant stay. The shuttle to the airport was the best. Thank you

Nice rooms, clean, complimentary breakfast was good, free airport shuttle service. Location is great, short 10 minute walk to the train, bus stop is right in front of the building

Beautiful place

Parking was an issue. Not enough parking in the evening. Also elevators not working.

The minute we got there, Miguel was very welcoming. Check in was fast and informative. The room was amazing with a king sized bed, clean linens, very clean bathroom with everything one needs. Coffee maker with cream and sugar, and lo and behold,,,,,there really was a complementary bottle of red wine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Would I recommend? Positively! Parking costs extra, but it is right next to the hotel, so convenient. Loved it.
