We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain. We went during the summer and did all of the activities. The mountain coaster was a blast. The ropes course was a lot of fun with different levels of difficulty according to your preferences. The village was great with lots of restaurant and shopping options.

We had a great stay. River grass was huge - the perfect place for a girls weekend. It was about 10 min walk to the village, at the unit we stayed at. Parking was plentiful at River grass. The receptionist wasn’t very warm and cheery when we got there, and her instructions were kind of confusing, but the virtual concierge was very helpful.

Great location and easy access from parking etc. great layout of unit with ample space. The floor in kitchen is cracked and needs to be replaced. There is a need for a cutting board in the kitchen and some pairing knives along with some larger bowels for salad etc. Overall great unit at Rivergrass.

Great spot, about a 10 minute walk to the village. Unit was big and laid out well. More of "beware" upper units (Which we were in) have a lot of stairs to get up to the unit. Not any concerns for us but just in case you have older travellers or people with injuries or disabilities. Ask for ground level (yes that's obvious I know) Cleaning could have been a tad better but it wasn't enough to call customer service.

The suite is quite comfortable, but looks totally different from the photos in the description, my kids are expecting a 2 storey suite with stairs according to the description photo, but end up the suite we got is only single level without stairs so they are extremely disappointed.

We were very pleased with our experience until we checked out. We later realized we had forgotten to pick up the cooler full of food and drink from the kitchen when we left and reported it immediately but so far after 24 hours they have told us they didn’t even find it, which was impossible if the cleaners went in as they usually do. This was very disappointing after such wonderful service with the staff.

We haven't been to Blue in 10 years and were excited about our first family staycation since pandemic only to find the Rivergrass condo dirty and falling apart; bathroom tiles cracked and pulling up, holes in the wall, lamps falling apart, blinding broken, couch frayed and torn. it took almost 2 hrs for a highchair to be delivered and we had to call for toilet paper. lifts crowed and restaurants over priced and stale. will NOT be going back as we hope to purchase a place in Collingwood for family tradition getaway now that we have a grandson. :-(

The property itself was beautiful. Cleanliness needs addressing. Flies in most windowsills, not all blinds had the attached tool to open and close blinds, crumbs on countertop and underneath toaster, bits of I think little stones in entrance and kitchen floor areas upon arrival, tv in master bedroom did not work, fridge freezer leaked down into fridge causing me to clean it up a number of times, finally put a tea pot in the fridge to catch the water, carpet was very dirty - I found this out when I went into the shower and my dirty footprint was left on the bottom of the tub. In saying all this which was disappointing as we paid good money for our selection, we enjoyed our time at the resort and would consider going back, maybe requesting to not stay in our unit.

We knew we weren’t booking right in the village, but had allowed ourselves to believe it was walking distance. Yes, it’s possible to walk (we walk everywhere at home), but it’s not 5 mins - more like 15 and not pleasant, especially with little ones. Property was fine but showing plenty of wear & tear. For the rental price, definitely sub-par. TV remotes didn’t work and plenty of light fixtures missing bulbs. Kitchen has required plates, glasses and cookware, but no napkins, salt, pepper or oil? Come on- thats almost insulting.

Beatiful view at backyard that facing a golf court. Facility is clean with a full kitchen. However there were two problems during our stay. The first one, there was no blankets and duvet for the pull out bed. The staff provided 2 very thin brown blankets after my request at the first night, but it was not warm enough. I requested extra blankets for the second night. The staff was agreed to provide a duvet, but somehow I received a duvet cover instead. I had to request again, finally I received 2 extra brown blankets. The second problem was the noise from upstairs. There was a elderly lady with a dog lived on the upstairs. We couldn't sleep or rest properly because of the noise from dog's barking and running, in addition to the loud TV sound at late night.

The property requires some renovations. I like the microwave, the availability of in-unit washer and dryer. The AC, stove top and oven were also in good condition. The furniture is old overall, and requires renovations. Same goes for the bath towels and bedding (they look more grey than white, and probably have been in use for over 10 years). One major issue that almost broke the deal was the one-spot-parking per unit policy. This property (Grass River) sleeps 6 people, so obviously you are expected to have 2 cars that need to be parked next to the unit. Anakshu, from Blue Mountain Inn reception, was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our needs.

The people at the property were great and the place was good the problem was Expedia advertising outdoor pool when there was not and not trying to solve problem with refund or make sure to find a pool for us the manager at resort was great and helped us with all our issues
