The gentleman at check in was great. We went to dinner and upon our return I realized I hadn't brought the key. The same gentleman was very quick get us into our room. We had reserved a double room with a king bed and a separate sitting area. The bed was quite firm and very comfortable. Checkout was extremely easy...just leave the key and go. The room itself, although clean, could have used a few updates. The area where the fridge and microwave were could be better arranged and the sink and counter looked like the were from an old/repurposed bathroom. It served it's purpose. Really, that was the only con. A definite plus is that the floors were laminate and NOT CARPET!! Based on the room we had I would definitely return and/or refer to friends and family.

I liked the staff that we interacted with. That was Erin from the front desk. We needed to have the microwave replaced as it did not work; not even for the staff member who came to check it out. The microwave flashed “Fail” and it beeped every couple of minutes. She replaced it with an old model. The internet service was very poor and spotty. Best reception was very close to the tv internet box but it still keep breaking down. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl. The bathroom tap dripped constantly. The room was clean but the floor felt gritty. It could have been vacuumed and washed better. Parts of the floor were buckled and uneven. We registered for two adults but there was only one big bath towel.
