"I unfortunately have a number of complaints about the room. I was in room 2 on the ground floor. The accessible bathroom was very tired and the shower flooded the bathroom every morning. There is a cleaners cupboard / store right outside the bedroom and i was woken up every morning at 06.00 by noise and/or staff chatting."

"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being next to the A34 my room was quiet. The location was actually good and only a 5 minute walk via the service station car park to the bus stop at the park and ride. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel and needed a double room and a twin room. Both rooms were lovely and warm on a cold say which was very welcome. We were very happy with the stay and decided to have breakfast. It is served until 11am but when we arrived at 10am, there were very little bread/baked options and all the fruit had gone and had not been replenished. Parking is available but is at the rear of the hotel which we didn't realise until we'd parked on the road but no problem just moved our car around the back."

"Breakfast was plentiful. The Morse bar well attended and stocked. Staff made our stay very relaxed, they were so attentive."

"Good parking , room was a little small and cracked tiles in bathroom, sockets on bed side head board did not work, very dirty behind sofa with an okd guests tights behind the sofa. We had to call for a tv remote when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast buffet was served in a clean modern dinning room, buffet was adequate .bthe staff were polite and helpfull at all times, the hotel could maybe do with a bit of a refresh. Drains soumded like they needed cleaning out with lots of strange noises everytime the loo flushed. Only a queen double in our room which felt a bit small , matress very was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep, although we had the window open as the room was very warm during the night. Overall we would say this hotel is more of a good three star than a 4 star to be honest with a bit of a B&B feeling."
