VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STAFF - our other trips were enjoyable- this one was deplorable. We arrived at 4:00pm on Friday evening. They put us in a room directly below the renovation of the 2nd floor. When the constant hammering began Saturday morning we understood, they said it would end by 3:30. I left the room I paid for until 4: 30. I returned hoping they were done. But to no avail the hammering continued. I went to the front desk which had a sign stating the construction would end at 3:30, it was now 4.45, no rest for me. The staff not only put me directly under the construction, but the staff on Saturday could only offer to make me move for the night. But then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were woken from a deep sleep into the night air waiting for the all- clear. No apology, no compensation. The staff could care less about your $400 vacation being ruined by their lack of care for you as a guest.

The hotel is currently under renovation but we did not hear any noise. We got a newly renovated room and it is very nice. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen, living room and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was an added perk. Would definitely stay again!

The room was great, especially for the price. The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The property could use some maintenance. The front doors and the elevator both malfunctioned during our stay. It seemed like the staff have to deal with this on a regular basis. The room, bathroom area, and kitchen suite are all very clean and neat. The hallway carpet is raised and bubbled which could pose a hazard. But I also understand that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. By the way, the breakfast was wonderful! Full on breakfast buffet!
