"The staff was very nice and friendly. The few complainta I had were more material things than anything. The room we stayed in, the bathroom door didn't lock or even completely latch for that matter. The charging ports on the two queen beds in the front part of the suite didn’t work. The room otherwise was nice and clean. Windows opened which was awesome. Got the ocean smell.
Their swimming pool and the gym were both decent, but the gym doors were double french style doors with frosted glass so if anyone wanted to look
In, they had to key and come in. One of the door stoppers wouldn’t stay upright at all, so people coming in and out had to bend down and hold the stopper till the door was about closed in order to completely close the doors.
Mon- Fri. the “breakfasts” were pretty slim pickings. Cold cereal, waffles or toast & English muffins. The weekend, it’s a touch better. A staff member cooks scrambled eggs and sausage links and offers that option to every single person, but they don’t say anything about that when you check in.
Overall, this place is decent but not the highest quality. They need to update quite a bit of amenities and improve the breakfast options. Again the staff though were great and very accommodating."
