“The location on the beach is top notch. Absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is meh. Its old and some parts havent been renovated for a long time. However, its very clean.”

“I booked an ADA room and there was no grab bars in the shower or around the toilet. Parking in the parking lot is limited to two handicap spots on the parking lot that is available is very inappropriate for someone that is handicapped. There was no security in the parking lot and several cars had people spending the night in them. They are remodeling the hotel which I was unaware of and gentlemen were in the Halls painting and construction was being done. I was totally unaware of this when I...

“It was a great hotel. No air con meant we needed to sleep with the door open though. Front desk didn't explain the incidental fee at all. Had to research to figure out what the fee was (it does get refunded). The room was very nice and it's in a great place.”

“I sprained my ankle on the uneven ground around the pool that was not easy to see as lighting in the pool was dark as well as the floor was incredibly slippery. Ended up sliding on the ground 10 feet like a an otter and felt thoroughly embarrassed sore . There was no grip tape or anything on the floor to indicate the ledge that was there nor any watch your step sign. I suggest you should make the ledge around the pool, more noticeable for future patrons and add some grip tape on the major...

“The beach view was amazing and accessible to beach if you don't mind 131 stairs. The beds were clean and comfortable. But the room was dirty, carpets stained, fridge was not very cold, and the toilet was breaking. The out side of the room was dirty also. I will say the staff was very friendly, and they were always cleaning, I think there was just not enough staff to keep up with that large of an area. The pool was broken, and the rooms just was in need of a remodel.”
