Overall our stay was reallly good. Staff were very friendly. Room was good as well. The bathroom could be improved including the shower head and needed clean shower curtains.

The hotel was greatly priced and convenient location for a wedding event we attended. It’s a little rundown in the room, our terrace door didn’t lock and had a gaping hole in the fly screen and the breakfast was quoted at FJD $34 for 1 extra person, and for what we received, I probably wouldn’t even have pay FJD $15 for

Was a big room can fit a village in there,but was no tap to fill kettle and to drink out off the only tap was in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly i think other amenities like pool wasnt useable i have got kids they love the pool,pool should be take out of the picture that false advertising. We enjoy our one night there view to the river was nice.overall was good just few thing that see should be there. Thanks

Amazing staff

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The room was spacious and comfortable and the wifi and AC worked very well. It as a short walk to the beach and shops, but a taxi only costs 4 Fijian dollars. The only negative is that the room wasn’t particularly clean and the cleaning schedule was a bit lax. Also, the pool was a bit murky. Overall, for the price we paid we were happy with the accommodation and the wonderful staff even sang us the traditional Fijian farewell song on our departure.

We left a day earlier. Food first night was excellent then it went down hill afterwards. Lack of information about the area from the staff. Rooms large but bath stained and chipped.Breakfast was terrible. No food left on Sunday morning with an hour before closing. No orange juice or menu. TVs don't work.... complained 4 times. Another couple also staying 3 nights had the same issue. No-one bothered to tell us they didn't work. If you want to visit Pacific harbour stay at the pearl resort. Pool and setting was lovely but hotel very run down and staff although pleasent had no idea what they were doing.

Lovely quiet resort for what we needed it for, very big rooms, bathroom needs a lot of upgrading. Food was cheap and tasty esp locally grown fruits was delicious for breakfast.
