“when we arrived the check in was not ideal. The room we initially received was not clean and the windows were very dirty. The reception was with a staff named jesus and was very bad, After we complained they changed our room and the second room was ok. ”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds! The staff is kind and friendly. Lya Victoria checked us in, she went above and beyond to welcome us. Had a few small issues with maintenance. Hotel is well located. All in all, great stay, would definitely stay there again. ”

“Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each...
