The night check in person skinned my credit card and tried to go to Six Flaggs but the rest of the experience was nice. The hotel is old but kept up well. The obligatory dumpster renting at 6am is a pain but not something that can be changed really. The views were great and the area was great.

Honestly the stay terrible the room was not cleaned there was sand on the floor and in the bathtub when we first entered the room. We went to the beach and we were expecting to be able to shower, so we put my 5 year old in the shower thats how we noticed that the water is not draining.Then i call the front desk because the bathtub is not draining and was told that the manager was going to get back to me and haven't heard anything fir two days. The three adults was not able to shower for two days, and the front office did nothing about it. Im still waiting to speak with the manager.

When I walked in the lobby there were multiple people there already with complaints about their rooms. When I arrived at my room the heater nor the TV worked. I contacted the front desk who was unable yo resolve the issue or provide another room. I ended up having to book another hotel because they were unable to resolve my issue. Too bad because it was so a beautiful hotel.

This property is not beachfront, the ocean view is partial with other buildings in the way. Nice clean room, spacious, but no blanket for sofa bed and curtains falling off rod. No other amenities.

Property was ok but the staff was minimal. Tried calling them several days in advance to ask some questions only to wait online with no one answering. Poor customer service.

The front desk woman Ariel was so incredible! She really gave me the best service especially on a hard weekend as I was down there for my Uncle's funeral! I really appreciate the help.

Convenient to beach! Last minute stay so we were happy with clean and central hotel. Frustrated with the parking fee.. it’s their own parking lot within the hotel property.

I loved the ocean view room. The room had wonderful style, clean, and the most friendly desk receptionist. What I didn't like is the small bed...not a queen as advertised. It is a double bed. It was terribly uncomfortable for two adults.

They have tv problems and very poor service in didn't even care , we came back to are room and it was a dog poop in are door it was the worse i would not stay in this place again .

Liked the ocean view, the hallway floors and elevator floor needs remodeling, seems very old and dirty. The shower valve was somehow installed upside down, making it very difficult to get the temperature that one might want. As a contractor, I have never seen that done, obviously inexperienced plumbers or handyman! There was no closet in the room, just a bar about 30” long for your cloths. For the $550 I spent for 2 nights with a 2 day $20 parking pass I think I will pass on this property next time.

The property was convenient but had a problem locating it. The sign needs to be bigger and bold. But overall nice walk to beach and Nick's restaurant was a delight.

Our family had 4 different rooms and 2 of them had issues with the tv and remote even after changing rooms. One had a remote that wouldn't change the volume and the other had one that wouldn't change the channel on the tv. The ceilings looked to have had water damage. Should have been painted and cleaned up to look better. Upon arrival found out there was a fee to park in the guest parking. Just not very happy with our stay overall.

The staff was wonderful! Great location! A few things were not so great, the shower had horrible pressure. The beds are extremely hard and we were soar the following mornings (2). The toilet seat was loose and the toilet paper kept falling off the holder.

The property is in a nice location. My wife and I have been staying here for years. The only complaints that I have are the charge for parking and noisy guests above us.

The floor and tub were very dirty. I decided to try to clean the tub a bit myself because I needed to give my daughter a bath. I’m glad I hadn’t let her get in yet because the hot water heater or boiler must have been turned up far beyond the safe setting. My wrist passed under the spout while I was scrubbing it and it burned my wrist. Luckily not enough to blister but hot enough to be red and raised. It was very noisy all night because of the traffic in and out of the neighboring properties and we were on the 2nd floor. The bolster pillows were pillong and leaving little balls off fuzz and lint all over the pillows and sheets that stuck to our clothes and hair. Unfortunately I would not stay here again even with the lure of being near the beach.

The Inn is in a beautiful location but needs lots of polish. It needs major TLC inside and out. Housekeeping and maintenance is non-existent. Front desk staff friendly. Fix the issues and we will stay there again!

The wifi did not work most of the night and the cable cut in and out. The staff members were polite. However, I had to ask for clean sheets because mine had sand and hair on them. The location is great and close to the beach.

Property needs a face lift. I like location and generally our room but stairways and walkways were shabby, stained and over worn. Part of our drapes in our room were hanging loose from their rod. A little effort would make this property what it should be.

I recommend this hotel. Very nice very clean and love the view from my room. I love sleeping/waking up to the sound of the waves. Really good to walk around.

The only thing I felt unsettling was the wooden stairs. Needs to be replaced, old Bathroom door looked like it was fixed terribly done. Wallpaper next to mirror looked like it was bubbling.
