Everything was wonderful—from the warm and attentive hotel staff to the beautiful guest rooms, facilities, pool, spa experience, food, and entertainment. I even had the opportunity to experience the care of the doctor and nurse on call, who were both wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of. A special thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday feel even more special. Those thoughtful touches truly meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for another amazing experience. "Incredible gem. Absolutely stunning jungle vistas, private villas and well curated and meaningful experiences. This is the place to decompress and see Bali as it used to be. The staff are kind and attentive. A few notes - windy, steep paths and rock stairs - this is not the place if you have any accessibility issues, the meals each night are set course and can be somewhat experiential, and finally - rooms are wide open to the jungle. This is a luxury eco resort - not for the unadventurous - but it will be memorable. I loved every second of my stay."

Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."
