Breakfast buffet good Major complaint was advice on how to get to hotel from airport. It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."

"The main room and bathroom was absolutely fine, the second bedroom and bathroom - there was an ants nest under the sink and no handle for the shower. We didn’t complain as we were only there to sleep and didn’t want to lose precious time in Venice swapping accommodation. The site is nice and modern, easy to navigate. "

" Hotel Montecarlo is in an excellent location, just off St. Mark’s Piazza in a quiet area. It was easy to walk to nearby sites and restaurants from the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. While the room was small, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Montecarlo again in the future. "
