Despite it being mid Oct, turning off the rad & opening the window the room never got comfortable - must have been 23C. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Sorry to say the male staff that was in the restaurant & moving linens needs a chat about showering & deodorant. He passed by twice and another time we used the lift after he stepped out. awful.

Location ,views , friendly staff are the positive but general maintenance and carpets all need attention, even windows with the seagull poop can be cleaned, take down the fact of having a pool and the availability of bike’s , but otherwise a great location Thankyou

Perfect Padstow stay

Awesome hotel. Loved the room. It was spacious and comfy and had a great view to the water and the harbour. Staff were friendly and responsive. And we enjoyed our complimentary gin and mixers.

The rooms were far too hot-one of our bedroom windows was broken. Even using the fan provided the temperature was unbearable. This was the same in the restaurant. What the temperature felt like in the height of summer one can only guess.
