The rooms were very large and the breakfast was very good. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. However, when we returned at 3pm the room had not been cleaned. I asked cleaning staff on my floor and they said my room was not on their list and made no attempt to ask if I needed anything. I asked for clean towels and they told me to bring them the dirty ones first.

Excellent: kitchen amenities in the suite are well maintained and full functional. The breakfast is great, healthy and delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is closed to Glen Canyon Dam Bridge. Poor: it’s a very popular hotel and fine hospitality place for families with children so it’s a bit noisy. The washing machine is out of order and can’t fix the problem while staying.

Very nice hotel right opposite to Glen canyon view point. The hotel is well maintained and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was pretty nice. Hotel staff were very cordial. They helped us to check in 2 hours before scheduled time.
