“Staff was excellent and very friendly and personable. Building needs upkeep. An ac unit for the building would be nice. It has an indoor pool and hot and without a working hvac system the entire building felt like a sauna.”

“Clean, bed was firm, hot water, had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Right next to river walk and river. Nice outdoor seating. Easy walk to a few restaurants.”

“Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs. There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open. Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”

“Elktrace B&B is located in the quiet and huge place. We arrived there very late night ( actually extremely early in the morning) but the great host was sleeping and waiting for us in the couch. We were so sorry about that and appreciated it. Our room had two beds but we had to share the bathroom with next room. That was just one thing I felt uncomfortable. “We had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the hot tub because we spent our time relaxing at the Pagosa hot springs resort instead. We only saw the staff once when we arrived, but we were busy exploring the area and didn’t need anything during our stay.
