She ignored us and then insisted I filled out details of my car even though I wasn't using the hotel car park before giving us our keys. Ok if you need somewhere for an overnight, but I won't be returning.”

“Room was clean, large and comfortable with sea view as paid for. Slight niggles which were an easy fix but remained unresolved ( we did ask) - hand wash dispenser was empty, no coat hangers in room. Air con was centrally controlled - our room was freezing, next door parents room boiling! Parking underneath very useful ( and could use next door car parks if underneath was full). Breakfast good although understaffed first morning, coffee machine needed fixing, ran out of milk for a while, food...
