Great hotel, Grey room, great amenities, and great staff. 5 stars also to Rose in the restaurant SHE IS A SWEETHEART my daughter loved her as she was really looking to make my daughter happy. Also great breakfast buffet with many options and the front desk staff is very welcoming. Centrally located.

property is located next to the MRT and Lupini Park which is convenient. Hotel was clean but room is dated. Also, the pool was closed, i did not receive any notice from hotel or expedia that the pool was not open.

"Room was unhealthy, all over really damp, told resepsiyon to change room, give us another room, that is the same unfortunately..asked again resepsiyon staff, answer ; all rooms the same damp!
