I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The staff was especially impressive, always welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. This hotel is a great location! The staff are amazing- welcoming and helpful. As a result of staff team I would give this hotel a 5 but it needs a little more love and care! First of all my my Robert from the restaurant the epitome of servitude the “ambassador” for the hotel- what a gem and he loves his job. Like I can’t wait to see him again! He made me felt appreciated as a guest. Dave the supervisor at the front desk and my housekeeper Sonia- extraordinary representative of Palm Beach Gardens DoubleTree Hotel.
