The pros: Great location, amazing views, friendly staff. Oceanfront, very quite relaxing location, super safe, balcony and full kitchen. The cons: it’s an older property. Place does need to be upkeep better. There was water damage in my room. Overall I had a wonderful experience and stay beside the few downsides of the property.

After a very hectic night in Miami we stumbled upon this hotel via a Google search. The front staff was amazing with handling a late night check in, he informed us of everything the hotel offered and mentioned a late check out as well. The room was very spacious, AC worked perfectly, I loved the natural lighting and view of the ocean. Coffee was provided with a coffee maker, small kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. Everything was clean, minus some hair on the side of the tub which I assume was from housekeeping and nothing major. The room was in good condition (with minor patch work that has been painted over on the ceiling). I understand the hotel recently changed owners and the new owners are definitely fixing the place up. I wasn’t able to try the restaurant, but I’ve read great reviews, the private beach and beautiful pool are a huge plus as well as the balcony. We will be back!

The property is definitely very dated. You can tell they've worked hard to update the rooms, however it's better if you don't look too close. The ceilings have a lot of patches, our room clearly had previous water damage and mold, beds are not comfortable. Restaurant is very over priced and limited days. Overall the hotel location was good, beach is easily accessible, and the pool area was nice and open. Not too busy this time of year so it was fairly quiet. Lots of construction on neighboring hotels.

Chad was great at checking us into our room. The only thing was the pool wasn’t heated extremely cold couldn’t enjoy it. Also the breakfast needs more to people taste and variety. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks

I really enjoyed my stay here. Although I would recommend a little more in depth cleaning, the over was filled with food, and the bathroom has soap stains in the shower door. But all in all I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would definitely be coming back.

I loved that it was so close to the beach, and the staff was pretty nice. But the building that I stayed in was a little run down, the sheets were rough and the floors were not clean when I checked in, I asked for house cleaning every other day and they didn’t come until the last day I was there, and the stairs going to the pool were ALWAYS wet and slippery! Very unsafe
