I quite liked this hotel. The amenities were great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well, and I'm usually a very light sleeper, especially in hotels. The staff was kind, and the price was excellent. I visit the Palm Desert area quite often, and considering what they offer for the price, I think this hotel is an excellent value.

The amenities are great. I loved the breakfast and that you get two drinks daily at the bar. They have snacks also during social hr at bar. I enjoyed everything. I do think some upgrading with furniture should be done but overall it qaa very nice.

For the past year I have stayed at three different locations. Embassy suites in Fort Lauderdale, Florida also in Puerto Rico and now in Indian Wells. All three experiences were the same, friendly and very helpful. And most importantly very economical. The rooms need some upgrades. The bathroom door was swollen from the moisture in the room. The room smelled upon entering as well. Once we had the fan on in the bathroom it helped. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the mattress was not comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful, breakfast was good.

Nice family hotel. Like having the king suite with a pullout bed-perfect for a family of four. The property does need some updating, and they could do a little better in terms of the upkeep. However, for the price, it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
