"The pool and slide were amazing. The suite was spacious and it was lovely to have a kitchen and balcony. The staff were super responsive and helpful. The lifeguards did an amazing job keeping the kids safe, especially Claire. The only thing I can say that’s constructive feedback is that there are not nearly enough lounge chairs at the pool. Guests are lined up at 8am when it opens and line 90% of the chairs with towels/belongings by 8:15am. If you come to the pool at 9, there’s nowhere to put your things. We had to take cafe chairs to just have a spot for our things, other than leaving them the ground. Once we figured out what we had to do, we also got in line at 8am to get a chair but I really wish we didn’t have to do that while on vacation. I love lazy mornings but realize that’s not possible here. Other than this, we were very happy at this resort. We will definitely be coming back! "

"Rooms were clean with updated furniture. Bathroom needs renovated. AC very loud and did not keep room temp consistent. Room smelled musty."

"What was supposed to be a relaxing, first-time trip to Palm Springs turned into a very disappointing experience. During our stay, multiple restaurants and bars on the property were closed, and the pools were also unavailable. None of this was communicated to us ahead of time. We later found out that the majority of the hotel had been rented out to a large group, which clearly impacted the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency was only part of the issue. Staff consistently provided conflicting and inaccurate information, which made it difficult to plan anything and added to the frustration. Overall, the service felt disorganized and unwelcoming. While the resort fee was waived, it did not adequately address the extent of the inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Would not recommend based on this experience. "

"So much potential! Awesome vibe and staff. Great pool and view but the purple carpet needs to go! Cleanliness of rooms was fine but the carpet makes everything look run down and dirty. Staff was awesome and overall a really fun stay!!"

"Making up the room was a constant problem Stayed five nights, and only twice did get new towels. This was after telling the front desk we wanted clean towels each day. Location was excellent."

"Check in staff was very nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The wall paper was cut in pieces, falling off in others. The carpet was not vacuumed, the prior guests had left tags from new clothes on the floor. There was candy on the side of the mini fridge. Hair in the sink and shower. Long hair in a pile behind the toilet. Worse of all there was poop on the drawstring bag thay has the extra toilet paper roll in it on top of the toilet. Super dirty room. "
