The property is beautiful, recently renovated, and perfectly comfortable for your stay in Palma. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite has a desk for working and an additional 2 bunk beds that are in a small room attached to the 2nd bedroom. The larger bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff outstanding. Everything you need they will help you with. Beautiful location as well, easy walking to everything, but very quiet and serene. Breakfast buffet best I have experienced anywhere and the breakfast staff work non-stop and are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Front of hotel staff also very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough if you come to Palma.

The hotel has an excellent location, great room, amazing art (used to be a gallery), but more importantly the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. The go out of their way to make you feel good. Will definitely return.

The staff and service was absolutely fantastic. Mario and Lucia's energy was fabulous. Totally two thumbs up Parking is a little challenging but the staff steers you to a local garage 5 minutes walking. The quaint pool and roof top views are amazing. 100% quiet. A perfect holiday destination close to many spots. Definitely would stay here again!!

Really nice, recent conversion from an old linen factory, to appartments. The location is great for the old town area with plenty of food and bar options. Staff were excellent and their English is perfect, which was good for us. Loved the room too, so nicely done out, with an amazing shower. Only slight criticism was the toilet didn't offer much privacy, but not sure if that's the case in all the rooms. Still, I highly recommend this place and would very happily stay there again.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is literally located directly between the big cathedral and the royal palace. The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was professional, friendly, charming, ready to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant and morning breakfast was truly extraordinary. Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!
