Beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and wonderful staff. Parking under the hotel was very convenient and much less expensive than surrounding lots. Would love to stay here again!

The check-in process was fast and the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room. It had a lot of character and was spacious. The hotel looks out onto a nice square with a lot of restaurant options. It is also situated in a nice area, within walking distance to shopping, the water, and the cathedral. I would definitely stay here again.

In the middle of everything in downtown Palma. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Room was very clean. We were worried there wouldn't be a mini fridge but there was one in our room. Pretty quiet at night, but you are next to a small public square that can get noisy at times. We would definitely return. Parking, once we figured it out, was easy in the underground lot.

A very nice location in the old part of the city. The rooms are beautiful and centered on an inner courtyard. Be aware that there is no staff on duty between 9PM and 9AM so you’ll need to read the communications from the property carefully ahead of time, especially if you arrive late. The shower was very nice but they only offered a two-in-one shampoo/body wash so keep that in mind and bring some of you need it.
