The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice friendly staff and great breakfasts with lots of breakfast options. The part of the hotel we stayed in is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC. A little disappointing there was no fridge in the room we stayed in.

Every room smelled like paint, the tubs had stains, stains on the bed, dirty toilet, TV was very small, and the staff told me every hotel in Palma was like that. We didn’t even stay the night because the smell was so bad and found a much better hotel room at Vista Odin.

The rooms smelt like mold, and it’s basically a hostal for people that want to party all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from different rooms in all directions. I made a noise complaint and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. I stayed for two nights to ask either if I could change rooms or get a refund for the 2nd night and the reception did nothing about. This has been the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. There’s cheaper and much nicer hostels in Mallorca.

The room did not seem very clean and needed a lot of work. Wood was rotting and sink was cracked. The phone wasn’t plugged in and you had to go to the front desk and deposit $10 euro to get a controller to turn on your ac. Staff also did t seem to really be to interested in helping us check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We needed to book one night in a hotel before we headed out to Soller, and while I i expected a pretty low quality hotel given price, this place was absolutely terrible (pictures are even more deceiving) Upon arrival, there was no greeting from the counter attendant. We waited 5 minutes for a hello while he was just counting change. Then, we had to wait for another attendant and it took us almost 20 minutes to check in. The hotel room itself was disgusting. No elevator to the third floor and hallways reeked of stale cigarettes. The shower head fell off the second you turned on the water and our AC stopped working within an hour of us being there. Completely unacceptable given the warmer temperatures in august. We called the front desk and they told us someone would come by to fix it in the morning (after we would have already checked out). Highly recommend paying a few extra bucks to stay literally anywhere else.

Ho prenotato questo albergo per il prezzo bassissimo in relazione alla zona in cui è situato. Dopo aver letto con attenzione le recensioni sono partita sconfortata e preoccupata per quello che avrei trovato. L’ hotel è un vecchio 2 stelle, ma pulito ed è all’interno del complesso del resort houm plaza son rigo. Sono disponibili quindi 3 piscine esterne, la spa, splendida terrazza panoramica, animazione serale e ristorante a buffet. L’hotel si trova in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai locali, ma molto silenziosa. Il personale è sempre attivo e sorridente, la prima colazione (nel ristorante del resort) ha cuochi che preparano ottime omelette e pancake al momento, oltre a vastissima varietà di cibo. La stanza vale quel poco che si paga, è molto fresca, (contando che con 38 gradi di massima non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore) ma le pulizie sono quotidiane e buone. I servizi della struttura sono invece quelli di un ottimo 4 stelle

Un hôtel vraiment super ! Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant et très serviable. Malgré la barrière de la langue, ils font l’effort de nous comprendre en français, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et on se sent bien pris en charge. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Für unseren Mädelsurlaub haben wir bewusst ein einfacheres Hotel gewählt, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren – und wir wurden positiv überrascht! Auch wenn das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausgereicht. Besonders schön: Unser Zimmer war bereits um 9 Uhr bezugsfertig, obwohl der reguläre Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich gewesen wäre. Die Klimaanlage lief bereits, sodass wir es direkt angenehm kühl hatten. Das Buffet im benachbarten 4-Sterne-Hotel (man muss nur wenige Schritte gehen) war wirklich abwechslungsreich und bot eine große Auswahl – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Am Abreisetag hatten wir abends noch Zeit bis zum Rückflug. Unser Gepäck konnten wir sicher in einem abgeschlossenen Raum unterbringen, und sogar Duschen sowie frische Handtücher wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt – ein toller Service! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, und trotz unseres Aufenthalts über ein Wochenende war es insgesamt angenehm ruhig. Fazit: Wer keine Luxusansprüche hat, sondern ein solides Hotel mit gutem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Für einen Partyurlaub gut geeignet. Alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Palma und zum Airport nur eine Straße weiter. Bierkönig 15min, ebenso gute Essensmöglichkeiten und Shops in naher Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig aber in Ordnung. Alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Föhn hat gefehlt.
