Great staff

We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia. The staff were amazing and very nice. I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. All in all we had a good time at the hotel and wouldn't mind coming back another time.

Nice hotel located neat the beach and promenade

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, a nice poolarea, good varied food and good cleaning of the room. Small, but cosy singleroom with balcony. Great location ,a few minutes from the beach and promenade. Nice to walk on the promenade in both directions, especially when the sun sets which is a very beatiful view.

My stay was the near the end of March and the places the hotel was safe and just ten mins walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants, cafe and beach options near the beach and busy. I wouldn't say it's quiter as the music from nearby hotels was loud at night. I guess sit will only further busier and louder in peak season. The hotel said adult only but saw kids at breakfast during Easter weekend. The breakfast spread is quite good. Never tried lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay - the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly too.

Good breakfast. The air conditioner in the room didn't work at all. Perfect location, restaurants, bus stop and beach nearby. Only 30 min to Palma by bus.

Overall good but there could be optimization!

Rooms are clean and renovated and a great location. Unfortunately the aircon is not working really well if it’s hot outside it’s not getting really cold in the room and this was in different rooms the same. A lot of extra costs like late check out or towel when you like to stay before your flight at the pool… Roomservice was fantastic! Breakfast had more choices last year but overall okay just the juices are not really delicious. In general I would say for the high price we could expect a bit more…
