This hotel was beautiful! Surprised at how spacious the room was. We had a 2 bedroom suite and plenty of room to spread out with my husband and 2 older children. The rooftop pool was not huge but the views were spectacular! Bonus that the hotel is right across the street from the beach and several restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Not in city center but could get there in a few minutes by taxi. We enjoyed the quieter setting of the beach. Fantastic experience and would stay here again.

New hotel in a good location under 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Unusual quirky design with pine panelling throughout, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Nearby marina area has some nice restaurants. The excellent beach is just 5 mins away. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Had a decent gym which could do with a few more machines. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. Fantastic roof top pool and bar area, with great views out to sea and toward the Old Town, much better and cheaper than the nearby Es Princeps hotel!

Modern, close to the beach. Only 6-8€ taxi anywhere centre of town. 2 € bus rides literally from outside the hotel door. Staff in reception very polite and helpful. Spa is excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast is so so. Minor choices. Chef’s not always so approachable and hit and miss on dark/ fresh bread selection. Bean to cup coffee is very poor and although they have fresh grinder and an italian style available its not being offered. Palma is a coffee lovers dream city with fresh roasted beans and excellent coffee and bakery everywhere. There is a Luiz perez just outside of the hotel that offers decent coffee. There is restricted access to rooftop pool from 10am and people lining up. Its very hot during summer so from 7 am to 10 and would have been a great time . Its not a 5 start establishment but a good 4-4.5 and gains due to location, modern facilities and spa

We loved our stay! The area was super walkable. The hotel called taxis for us ASAP whenever we needed one. The room was spotless and modern. We ate at the restaurant on property 2 times. The rooftop pool had also just opened and had a beautiful view. We rented a car for two days and the parking garage was $20 a night, but extremely accessible and you’ll notice the price is not included because the area is extremely hard to park in if we didn’t have the amenity through the hotel. I would definitely tell a friend to stay there if they were visiting Mallorca and would book it again if we went back!
