worst hotel ever!
the step is very rude, the young man is very kind, but another old man in checkin-front very rude. Not clean. strongly recommend to choose another one, if you consider this one.

needed an affordable but clean place to stay while i transitioned [for a relocation] into mountain view. the husband and wife team who manage this place are delightful, friendly and run this place well. highly recommend!

So-so…..
The staff is amazing and super friendly. We got a room with a queen size bed…and the bed took up almost the whole room. It was a very TINY room. Like hard to move around tiny. The bed was very comfortable. The tv we never got to work. The bathroom is small but the shower was amazing! Had great water pressure in the shower…was awesome! There were no hangers in the closet, we had an ironing board but no iron and the bedding had quite the stain on the cover. The bathtub had dust on the rim. We didn’t complain because our room was cheap. We were in town for a medical appt and literally just needed the room to sleep in. But I will not go this budget ever again. Our room was right off the major portion of the parking lot and it was very loud out there. Finally got some sleep around 2 am. Just know you’re truly getting what you pay for. If you’re ok with that, then this is the place for you. Oh, the heater worked great.

We checked in with a very cheerful, helpful, and efficient young lady: a pleasant change from the grumpy, unhelpful, elderly fellow a couple of years ago: he was the reason we stopped coming for a while.

I had a very great stay at Sky Ranch Inn. Staff was extremely nice and helpful right off the bat. The room delivered in every way possible. Super clean, everything worked, and good Wi-Fi! I really enjoyed my stay and I cannot wait to stay again when I’m in Palo Alto for work! This will always be my go to spot! Great Value!
