Very small hotel but located in the prime location of downtown Palo Alto. Perfect for a short stay and if you don’t plan on staying in the room for a prolong amount of time.

Very pleasant stay. Great staff and room was clean and modern. Breakfast was healthy and pleasant. Fantastic coffee ( Nespresso at the lobby). Ask for a room away from the kitchen area as they were preparing breakfast items at 5.30/ 6 am and it was so noisy. Over all a very positive experience!

I had a wonderful stay here. Great location, walkable to everything, the staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean, bed is comfortable, it’s quiet, and they always kept the refreshment area will cold infused water and coffee. Would stay here again and recommend. They also have complimentary bikes to ride around town.

Clean and comfortable in a great area. Excellent. Little breakfast. My only criticism is that I want a real door on the bathroom. I cannot imagine why architects think it's cool to put Windows and partial doors in front of toilets.

Quaint, clean, and nice

Hotel Keen is perfect for my stays in Palo Alto for track meets at Stanford. It is next to dining and shopping options and a short walk to Stanford’s campus. Yhry have a bike to use and even had an umbrella to use when it was raining.

Simple hotel without the frills but extremely well located right in downtown Palo Alto - walkable to Caltrain station (2 minutes), Stanford and shops/restaurants on your doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff, would definitely return here.

Great accomodation and location

This was a great little hotel for my wife and I. It is for sure a “boutique” style hotel. The rooms are small and there is a small inconvenience that you have to walk through the bathroom to exit the room, but for just the two of to spend a quick weekend in Palo Alto together it was GREAT! The hotel is VERY close to University Ave where all the restaurants and bars are. And it is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to shopping and other dining.
