Palo Alto, California hotel rooms at the Hyatt Hotels

"Nice room with comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery and flowers, and lots of little places to walk or sit. The breakfast in the lobby each morning was very good, with excellent coffee served. I really enjoyed the purified water dispenser to fill my bottle, and the EV chargers are a real bonus too. The little Market on site makes delicious sandwiches. The hotel staff were all very kind and attentive. It was a fabulous stay. "

"Trash dumpsters pick up at 4:30 am Woke everyone up Big truck, loud noises and then returned an hour later at 5:30 am, I guess ti drop off new dumpster or pick up another. Site was noisy all early morning Also, they charged $9 parking fee Parking was extra and not included with hotel room This was not mentioned on the site at the time of booking "

"Very nice hotel. Clean and well lit. The beds were comfortable and the pillows amazingly soft for a hotel. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I think it's an older hotel, so the bathrooms are on the small side. If you have someone with mobility issues, a walker or wheelchair, not sure if the regular bathroom would be a good fit. We struggled a bit with two people in the bathroom at the same time as my mother needs assistance. But that was just a space issue. Everything else was great!"

"The bathroom and bed was the best part of the stay. Staff was friendly bu when checking in the clerk seemed nervous and small things like asking will you need help with your luggage. Would you like a bottled water. etc. I am not sure if there were gym amenities because I was not informed. "

"My best exotic Marigold hotel in Palo Alto! A well and efficient managed multi-generation family run updated older motel! Very nice staff, clean, pleasant, everything is well thought through, beautiful flowers, everywhere, and don’t miss the magical lights illuminating at night😃 Charming!"
