"My girlfriend and I stayed here during Labor Day weekend as a staycation. We chose the el Prado hotel since it's so convenient to be straight in the downtown Palo Alto area where we can just walk to explore all the nearby restaurants (ate at Meyhouse, Urban Momo, Nobu, Rikyu) and shops (Bell's Books). The staff was friendly, gave us suggestions on where to eat, and sent drinking water to our room when we asked. Our room faced their small parking lot and on Saturday night there was a wedding going on but we did not hear much music or noise. The room was clean, AC works, and we would definitely come back in the future. Tips for the hotel 1. Have a drinking water dispenser on each floor 2. The signs pointing to the rooms after getting off the elevator, I suggest changing that to be a range like "401 - 410 -->" and " <== 411 - 420""

"Absolutely loved this place! Was worth every penny & more! Staff was amazing, resort was clean & room was very comfortable! Food was excellent, the only thing I didn't like was that it was the same menu for lunch & dinner ever day we were there. Wish they had had more options. Will definitely be back!"
