"Room was clean, location convenient but I was interrupted at 9am when check out is 11am by a carpet cleaner who told me I had to leave soon. There was a do not disturb sign on door, but the person knocked and walked in the room. Not a nice experience. Not even an apology. Won't be back!"

"They don’t have curtains covering window. The curtains covers the wall. Window had a sheer curtain. Light from parking lot lit up the room all night. We had a horrible night sleep and the sunrise lit the room up even more by 5 am. We were exhausted and had a long day of travel ahead of us. We booked this room to be close to airport and to get more sleep. We got no sleep so we’ll stay home next time and drive to airport the day of travel. I’ll never stay at that doubletree Hilton again. It was awful and one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had traveling."
