The staff more than anything was amazing. All the amenities were great for a relaxing evening after a long day of sightseeing. Location is perfect. When I booked I didn't know they have live music daily so that was a great surprise. I also had the best massage I've ever had and you must try the Turkish Bath. I will definitely stay here again as I plan on coming back in the future.

Modern and tastefully decorated. A big pool, big balcony. Amazing view over the valley. It exceeded our expectation on so many levels. We will stay here again.

Far from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom tub had mildew. Quite dated. Opted for dinner option which was cheap. Played live music at night (mostly Turkish). Pool was great especially at night when it’s cooled off a bit.

Not sure it’s still a 5 star hotel. Rooms are big, though they start showing some signs of aging. Breakfast is average, though the omelette service only starts halfway through it at around 8:30am. Facilities are not always in good order (steam room broken, hammam’s slab wasn’t hot, water leakages in the bathroom, etc), but overall facilities are somehow clean. Price is reasonable, this is a highlight.

This hotel is really beautiful. The spa facilities are basic but well priced for what you receive, all very clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was fab, therr was so many options to choose from for both dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was really good. We only stayed for one day and night but we had a really lovely time and would happily return .

We are a senior couple from US, and were traveling by car in Turkey. Hierapark Thermal & Spa was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool; very warm. Meals and bar were nice, also.

Great Hotel!

Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is family friendly, good with indoor and outdoor pools and these pools are open until 11pm (some pools are heated so we were able to enjoy outdoor heated pool.) We enjoyed heated pool so much that we returned again the morning. The food is ok. A lot of vegitable options but limited options for meat eaters.

Amazing new property, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast has so much variety. Live music and dance in the evening. Demet, Manager helped us beyond our expectations to deal with medical emergency. Highly recommend to stay.

The stay was nice. The structure was super clean. The hotel provide 2 outside pools and two inside, one thermal and the other normal. The only thing to improve is the breakfast, to messy and not tasty at all. But generally our stay was good.
