Yhis was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in the room smelled there was cigarette burns on the sheets there was hair in the shower it was aweful a waste of my vacation and of my money

Sheets, towels, and pillow cases were completely stained. Holes in the walls and on the bathroom doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. It was so bad that i just left and got another hotel. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We weren't able to stay. I'm reaching out to expedia to see if there is anything i can do. Property smelled very strong of mold/mildew. Room had visible mold and mildew on door/window frames. Bedding was soiled and appeared have mildew as well. We were traveling with our baby. These are unsafe conditions for anyone- even if it is just a night of sleep, especially dangerous to a baby or someone with heal conditions. Completely unacceptable. While managment was nice, they couldn't guarantee me another room that wasn't affected by mold and mildew so we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel when we had already paid for one. So disappointing not to mention stressful and inconvenient

Our rooms were filthy! The bathroom had blood on the toilet seat, the bath tub had a black ring around it and there was black mold on the floor under the sink. In the second room the bathroom was dirty trash on the floor, blood and body sweat stains on the bed covers and sheets. When we took the manager to the rooms to show him what we were talking about he got really nasty with us and started to argue with us and told us that he was only going to refund one nights stay. We had to find another hotel. We were in town for my husband's brother funeral.
