Communication with host- Excellent Community - Seems old. not much things to do compared to others Beach Access and ocean view - Excellent HOUSE was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Master bedroom was big. Its near the elevator and garbage shute, so it was very noisy during night. Kids were not able to sleep properly.

It was a really nice room and the other stayers were cool. Pools were nice. But.. Took a while to get parking authorized. Made me have to talk to security when I parked for the first few days. And the gym is for condo owners - I thought the pictures were misleading on that. But overall we had a really nice time.

It was clean but in need of updating. Very disappointing in that aspect. No love seat or sofa to sit on. The bed was old with springs! Appliances had rust and was old. Some things to cook with but very small. Thermostat was set to not go below 70 which made the afternoon sun coming through the windows warm but thank goodness we went in October when the temperatures were more mild. Parking is a lot of work as you have to park across the street in a garage and commute back and forth.

I booked this condo last minute on Memorial Day weekend because my original booking fell through. It was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly situated on the beach. It was a little overwhelming because it's a large building with a lot of amenities but we figured it out in the end we just had to go exploring! I would definitely stay here again.

There were wires hanging clear down the wall from the tv that was on the wall. The tv in the bedroom was probably 20 yrs old. The main bathroom tub and shower quit working and said they needed to call a plumber to fix it but in all fairness I declined because I only had 2 more days to stay and was not comfortable with people in and out while I was there. The resort was very nice but the actual room needed alot of updating and tlc.

This property is great for the view and the area, walk to the beach right outside the building, parking is near and included in the stay. I loved that we could walk to dining, the market beach pools, coffee shops, everything about the stay was great except the minor things like a couple small appliances were needing repaired or replaced and the room we stayed it could really use a deep clean and touch up paint. But overall we were very satisfied and would come and stay again.

Excellent location to popular downtown beach restaurants. Close to pier for shopping. It was quite noisy though lots of yelling and racing up n down road at night. Condo was a little outdated...beds worn out. Patio lights didnt work. Overall stay was good.

Nice stay but the shower SUCKED. No ice machines on property for guests. Only one washer and dryer for guests in units without them. H2O grill on property had great food. Friendly staff and security. Secure area. Easy access to beach. Walking distance to Dee's Hangout and Pineapple Willy's.
