Mofo insuportável no quarto. Janela muito pequena.

Paguei 4 noites e depois de ver o quarto, fiquei 5 minutos. Fui procurar outro hotel. Dinheiro perdido, não recomendo. Cheiro de mofo insuportável. Falaram que não tinham outro quarto. Pedi antes na reserva, que o quarto tivesse janela grande, me deram um quarto com uma janela de 40 centímetro de largura por 45 de altura, não tinha ventilação. Impossível quem tem renite, ficar neste local. O local é bonito, a arrumação é bonita, mas o cheiro de mofo é insuportável. Além de ficar mais de uma hora, esperando para ser atendido. A moça da limpeza não podia nos atender e tivemos que ficar por uma hora esperando o proprietário, para podermos ver o quarto e descobrir que tínhamos que procurar outro hotel. Sendo que chegamos exatamente no horário de check-in. .

Good location for us

Close to our lawyers office (applying for immigration) and walking to restaurants. Nice park nearby. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing. Didn’t interact with the staff a lot but they were pleasant enough. Very noisy pipes when anyone ran water or flushed toilet..not sure if it was just our room ..

Very small rooms with very thin walls

Basic room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything- guest snoring in room next door, talking downstairs in lobby area, any movement by guests in the hall, street traffic, etc. Room description says private bathroom (afuera). Should have seen that and translated that word. Would have known the bathroom is OUTSIDE the room! Why not just write the ENTIRE description in English? Bathroom was very small and not air-conditioned. Room is also tiny. Fairly clean but found woman's hair on bath mat towel. Have to ring bell to access lobby. Gated and locked door. Not sure if it is a safe neighborhood or not. I was so glad that we were only staying overnight. We arrived about 8PM and checked out before 6AM as we had a 9AM flight to catch. Breakfast begins at 7:30 AM. I have no idea what it is like as we had to leave before it was served. The dining area is cute though. Some of the staff speak English. Friendly staff. This place reminds me more of a hostel than a hotel. It is definitely not a Mediterranean Dream! Positives were comfortable bed, strong shower flow (until guest next door started showering), and good working AC (not in bathroom though). Pretty sure you could find similar accommodations at a hostel for less money. We definitely won't be staying here again.

Хороший и уютный отель

Простой и недорогой отель скорее для тех кто хочет одну или две ночи поспать в Панама-Сити. Парковка вплотную к отелю на 5 мест, рядом хорошая бакалейная, огромный супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы, достаточно тихо. Номер чистый и стандартный: кровать , душ, туалет и кондиционер, холодильник есть ещё. Завтрак обычный: чай или кофе и панкейки с Сиропом и бананами.

The staff seemed friendy. Pickup from the airport was good. I arrived and the room looked ok at first, although it had a bit of a damp smell. Then I checked the bed and it had a few of woman's dark hairs on the sheets. There was no lamp on the night stand as shown on their room photos. The vent in the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The 2 cieling lights in the bathroom did not work just the one by the sink. The aircon had mould in it. The mattress was dented and uncomfortable and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. There is absolutely no sound isolation, so at 5 am I heard the alarm from the room next door which the occupant left on while he was using the bathroom ( it went on and on for about 10 min), as well as another occupant using the toilet, shower and etc.(not something you want to listen to), and also I heard all the conversations that were happening in the loby from the morning. With all these issues I barely got enough sleep and I was not going stay any longer...I checked out... I was definetley not expecting a luxury stay from this place however cleanliness and ability to be able to rest are a must and neither were provided.

Good and reasonabl small hotel . Close to metro and probably in as quiet a neighbourhood as one can expect in a city.... certainly a safe area day or night . Hotel staff very courteous and willing to please ... just weren't from the city so weren't as well versed in knowledge of the attractions and outside places in the country . However, we found that frequently in the city - that 'city people' just didn't know about other places in their country.

Unnecessary changes of our booking

We booked 3 nights, the last night should have been after our come back from San Blas Islands. When we arrived in the night after our stay at San Blas we were told that our room had been given to someoneelse and we would be transferred to their other hostel. We didn't like that at all, and moved to another hotel. We were not told about the changes of our booking in advance and since it was our last night in panama and we had to catch a flight the next day with just coming back from San Blas it was a lot of unnecessary stress. I wonder why the other people could not move to the other hostel since we had already booked the room.

Nice Hotel, Too Bad About the WiFi

This hotel was excellent in all respects except the WiFi. It's comfortable, easy to get to, and well situated for public transport. For the entire time I was there, I had problems with the WiFi. It would work, then cut out. I couldn't get it in my room. Then I could get it in my room. Then it cut out as I was using it. It was up/down/up/down the whole time I was there, with more down than up. The hotel staff even put a repeater outside my room to try to boost the signal, but it didn't work. In the evenings, I had to go down by the front desk and sit next to the router in order to get a good internet connection. Even then it sometimes wouldn't work. Other people seemed to be using it OK in the breakfast room, so I'm not sure what the problem was.

Найти этот отель сразу достаточно сложно, поэтому, например, из аэропорта лучше добираться на такси. Зато потом можно оценить это тихое и уютное место сполна. До метро идти не больше 5-7 минут. До главной улицы, по которой ходят автобусы к основным достопримечательностям, и того меньше. В самой гостинице всего несколько номеров, названных разными фруктами и ягодами, с прекрасными кроватями, отменным бельём и новой сантехникой. Завтраки содержательные. Интернет работает не то чтобы слишком резво, но вполне приемлемо. Телевизор, кому интересно иновещание, новый и большой. Я выбрал этот отель из-за цены, двукратно меньшей, чем в аналогичных местах проживания, и совсем не пожалел. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Поэтому о недочётах говорить не стану. При такой стоимости рассчитывать на пятизвёздочность просто не прилично.
