People that knows me, knows that i don't complain....unless it really reaches a high level of disrespect...
Manager at front desk was rude and with no customer service skills whatsoever. I travel quiet bit for work and stayed in diferent hotels. This time I wasn't only tired but I felt a little sick, a cold getting to me. So I booked and extra night through my app on phone. And I called the front desk notifying them as well, the lady was very nice. (Usually the info gets transfered to the extra day) Around 1 or so, I resting my cold, not feeling well, at all, received a phone call from front desk, is the manager saying, that i have to come down to check out and check back in again, and do a new deposit, since is a new reservation. I was in disbelieve. Never ever heard that before. Im coughing and sneezing, running some fever.. and this man is making me do the whole process all over again. His response to this was" Well, I guess other hotels front desk people is just lazy, this is the right process, and how it should be"... I choose not to argue with him..I just observed him doing his thing..Never coming back to Ramada by Windham. Not to mention no hot water, and got 3 conditioners in the bathroom instead of, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
